Fried Scallop top with Golden Garlic

Chef Recommendation

Scallop (s) 120 g [from Australia]
Lotus root 80 g [sliced]
String beans/French beans 40 g
Garlic 40 g [minced]
Salt a little
Sugar a little


First Draw Soy Sauce 2 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp

  1. Soak scallops in boiling water until cooked.  Set aside.
  2. Cook lotus root and French beans with salt and sugar until soft.  Set aside.
  3. Deep-fry minced garlic until dried and golden yellow.
  4. Stir-fry all the ingredients for a short while. Add seasoning mix and stir well. Top with fried garlic.
