Scallop and Duck Kebabs with Oyster Sauce

Duck breast(s) 250 g [cut into 12 pieces]
Scallop (s) 250 g [12 pcs]
Cherry tomato (es) 12 pcs
Shallots 12 pcs


Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Chopped oregano 1 tsp
White pepper to taste

  1. Mix duck breast and scallops with marinade.
  2. Alternate all ingredients on metal skewers.
  3. Pan-fry skewers in 2 tbsp oil over low heat or grill until golden yellow and done.

    Makes 12 skewers.
