Chicken wings [middle joint] 8 pcs
Egg (s) 2 pcs
Fried bean curd/Fried tofu 400 g [2 pcs]
Ginger (s) 2 slices
Chili 1 pc [Red, cut into pieces, optional]


Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
Pepper to taste
Star anise 1 pc
Water 500 ml

  1. Hard-boil the eggs in boiling water.Drain and rinse with cold water. Shell and set aside.
  2. Pan-fry chicken wings in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Set aside. Stir-fry ginger, red chili and eggs for a short time. Add seasoning mix and boil.  Turn to low heat and cook for about 20 minutes.  Add chicken wings, fried bean curd and cook for about 10 minutes until done.
