Braised Chicken and Green Onion with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Chicken meat 450 g [cut into pieces]
Green onion(s) 3 pcs [sectioned]
Water 125 ml


Marinade

Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
Corn starch 2 tsp
Abalone Sauce 1 tsp


Directions
  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Saute green onions in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add chicken and stir-fry until lightly golden yellow. Pour in water and cook until auce thickens.
