Chicken Wing Casserole with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Chicken wings [middle joint] 450 g [sectioned]
Chinese mushroom(s) 6 pcs [soaked and cut into pieces]
Green onion(s) 1 pc [sectioned]


Marinade

Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Sauce for Honey Garlic Chicken 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Water 125 ml


Directions
  1. Mix chicken wings with marinade.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a casserole.  Saute green onion until fragrant.  Add mushrooms, chicken wings and stir-fry until golden yellow.
  3. Stir in sauce mix and cook for about 10 minutes until sauce thickens.
