Chicken wings [middle joint] 400 g [cut into pieces]
Chestnuts 170 g [cooked and peeled]
Chinese mushroom(s) 3 pcs [soaked, squeezed, cut into pcs]
Green onion(s) 2 Catty [sectioned]
Cooking wine 1 tbsp


Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Abalone Sauce 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Corn starch 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Water 250 ml

  1. Mix chicken wings with marinade. Heat 2 tbsp oil in casserole.
  2. Saute Chinese mushrooms and green onions. Add chicken wings and stir-fry until done. Sprinkle with wine.
  3. Add chestnuts and sauce mix. Cook with lid on until sauce thickens.
