Lamb fillet 300 g [cut into strips]
Bean sprouts 90 g
Snow peas/Mangetout 50 g
Carrot (s) 50 g [shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pcs [shredded]
Sesame seeds [roasted for topping]


Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Pepper to taste
Sauce for Honey Garlic Chicken 2 tbsp
Water 4 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix lamb fillet with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry bean sprouts in 1 tbsp oil for 1 minute. Drain.
  3. Stir-fry lamb fillet in 2 tbsp oil until almost done. Add snow peas, carrot, bell pepper and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add sauce mix and bean sprouts. Stir well until heated through. Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
