Chili Garlic Pineapple Duck

Duck meat 300 g [sliced]
Canned pineapple 3 slices [cut into pieces]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pcs [cut into pieces]
Corn starch [for dusting]


Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
Abalone Sauce 1 tsp
Beaten egg 2 tbsp
Sauce for Honey Garlic Chicken 3 tbsp
Canned pineapple juice 5 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix duck meat with marinade.
  2. Dust duck meat with corn starch. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
  3. Stir-fry bell pepper in 1 tbsp oil. Add pineapple, sauce mix and heat through. Stir in fried duck.
