Stir-fried Abalone with Oyster Sauce

Abalone 1 can [drained and sliced]
Celery 150 g [cut into diagonal shapes]
Carrot (s) 50 g [sliced]
Ginger (s) 4 slices


Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Water 5 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp

  1. Cook celery and carrot in boiling water for 1 minute or microwave at HIGH with 1 tbsp water for 1 minute.  Drain.
  2. Saute ginger in 2 tbsp oil.  Add celery, carrot, abalone and sauce mix.  Stir well until heated through.
