Stir-fried Chicken and Rice with Chili Garlic Sauce

Cooked rice 350 g
Chicken meat 150 g [shredded]
Egg (s) 2 pcs [beaten]
Green onion(s) 2 tbsp [diced]


Marinade

Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Sauce for Honey Garlic Chicken 1 1/2 tbsp


Directions
  1. Stir-fry chicken in 3 tbsp oil until done.  Add eggs and stir well until half done.
  2. Add cooked rice and seasoning mix.  Stir well until heated through.  Sprinkle with green onion.
