Beef Ribs Casserole in XO Sauce

Beef rib (s) 450 g [cut into pieces]
Onion(s) 1/2 pc [diced]
Sauce for Honey Garlic Chicken 1 tbsp
Chili 1 pc [Red, diced]
XO Sauce 3 tbsp


Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix beef ribs with marinade.
  2. Deep-fry beef ribs in hot oil until golden yellow and done.  Drain.
  3. Stir-fry diced onion, minced garlic and red chili in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant.  Stir in beef ribs, Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce and heat through.
