Eel and Bamboo Shoots in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Eel 450 g [boneless, cut into big pieces]
Bamboo shoots 75 g [sliced]
Green onion(s) 2 pcs [sectioned]
Ginger (s) 2 slices
Garlic 3 cloves [lightly crushed]
Cooking wine 1 tbsp
Abalone Sauce [for topping ]


Marinade

Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp

Sugar 2 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Water 175 ml


Directions
  1. Saute green onions, ginger and garlic in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add eel and fry until golden yellow. Sprinkle with wine. Stir in bamboo shoots and sauce mix. Cook until sauce thickens.
  2. Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil. Serve hot.
