Stir-fried Shrimps, Mushrooms and Black Fungus

Ingredients

Shrimp(s) 200 g [fresh, meat]
Enoki mushroom(s) 50 g
Cloud fungus 10 g
Green peas 2 tbsp
Ginger (s) 2 slices
Garlic 2 cloves [chopped]


Marinade

Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper a dash
Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Cooking Wine 1 tsp
Water 6 tbsp


Directions
  1.  Mix shrimp meat with marinade.
  2. Soak black fungus in water until soft. Drain.
  3. Saute ginger and garlic in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add shrimp meat and stir-fry for a while. Stir in Enoki mushrooms, black fungus, green peas and sauce mix. Cook until sauce thickens.
