Stuffed Bell Peppers in Black Bean Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

Minced dace fillet 200 g
Bell pepper (s) 1 pc [Green]
Bell pepper (s) 1 pc [Red]
Wood fungus 1 tsp [shredded, soaked ]
Green onion(s) 1 tsp [diced]
Minced soaked dried peel 1/2 tsp
Corn starch [for dusting ]


Marinade

Water 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Chili Bean Sauce 2 tbsp
Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp

Sugar 1 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp


Directions
  1. Mix minced dace fillet with marinade. Stir well until sticky. Stir in wood fungus, green onion and dried peel.
  2. Cut bell peppers into halves. Take out seeds and cut each half into 4 pieces. Brush bell peppers with a little corn starch and stuff with minced dace fillet.
  3. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Pan-fry bell peppers over medium heat until golden yellowand done. Stir in sauce mix and cook until sauce thickens.
