Chili Grilled Steak With Baby Potatoes

Rib-eye 500 g [Steak]
Potato(es) 300 g
Bok choy 1 Bunch
Garlic 1 Clove


Chili Bean Sauce 1 tbsp
Guilin Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
Selected Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Abalone Sauce 1 tbsp
XO Sauce 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper, and place on a grill or pan. Cook for 1 minute per side then start basting. Continue to baste and cook for an additional 4 minutes. (Adjust according to the thickness of the steak)
  2. To make baste, add all ingredients together and whisk.
  3. Wash baby potatoes in cold running potable water, place into a medium pot and cook for 10 minutes (or until the potatoes are soft).   Once the potatoes are soft place on a oven tray and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil and XO sauce and mix well.
  4. Sauté the bok choy with garlic and oyster sauce.
  5. To plate up, add everything together.
