Pumpkin and Chicken in Oyster Sauce

Chicken meat 200 g [cut into pieces]
Pumpkin 250 g [cut into pieces]
Green onion(s) 1 pc [sectioned]
Chili 1/2 pc [Red, cut into pieces]


Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Abalone Sauce 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Water 125 ml
Corn starch 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix chicken with marinade. 
  2. Saute red chili and green onion in 2 tbsp oil.  Add chicken and stir-fry until golden yellow.  Stir in pumpkin and sauce mix.  Cover and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
