Chili Garlic Salmon Fillet

Salmon 300 g [fillet, cut into strips]
Baby corn 50 g [canned, drained and sliced]
Onion(s) 1/2 pc [shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [shredded]


Corn starch 2 tbsp
Egg white 1 pc
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp
Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Water 5 tbsp
Sugar 1 1/2 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix salmon with marinade.
  2. Deep-fry salmon in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
  3. Saute onion in 2 tbsp oil. Add bell pepper, baby corn and sauce mix. Stir well for about 1 minute until heated through. Stir in fried salmon lightly.
