Fried Bean Curd in Oyster Sauce with Dried Scallop

Ingredients

Bean curd/Tofu 500 g [dried, cut into thick slices]
Chinese parsley [optional]
Chili [Red, shredded, optional]


Marinade

Oyster Sauce with Dried Scallop 3 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Water 150 ml


Directions
  1. Pan-fry bean curd in 3 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Stir in sauce mix and cook until sauce thickens.   Sprinkle with Chinese parsley and shredded red chili.
