Fettuccine 150 g
Clam (s) 90 g [chilled, meat]
Button Mushroom (s) 50 g [sliced]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [red, sliced]
Garlic 1 tbsp [chopped]
Cream 2 tbsp [optional]
Cheese [Parmesan,for serving, optional]


Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 4 tbsp
Chopped basil 1 tbsp
Chopped parsley 1 tbsp
Water 3 tbsp
White wine 4 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp

  1. Cook fettuccine in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
  2. Sauté chopped garlic in 2 tbsp oil/olive oil until fragrant. Add clam meat, button mushrooms, bell pepper and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add fettuccine, sauce mix and heat through.  Stir in fresh cream and parmesan cheese powder.
