Ingredients
Chicken 50 g [meat, diced]
Shrimp(s) 50 g [meat]
Gingkos 8 pcs [skinned and cored]
Chinese mushroom(s) 2 pcs [shredded]
Egg (s) 3 pcs
Marinade
1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
1 tbsp
Mirin 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water 350 ml
Directions
- Mix chicken with marinade. Blanch chicken, shrimp meat, gingkos and mushrooms. Drain.
- Beat eggs with seasoning mix. Strain.
- Arrange chicken meat, shrimp meat, gingkos and mushrooms evenly in four Japanese teacups. Pour in egg mixture and cover with cling film.
- Steam over medium heat for 15 - 20 minutes.
