Steamed Egg in Japanese Style

Ingredients

Chicken 50 g [meat, diced]
Shrimp(s) 50 g [meat]
Gingkos 8 pcs [skinned and cored]
Chinese mushroom(s) 2 pcs [shredded]
Egg (s) 3 pcs


Marinade

1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
1 tbsp
Mirin 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water 350 ml


Directions
  1. Mix chicken with marinade. Blanch chicken, shrimp meat, gingkos and mushrooms. Drain.
  2. Beat eggs with seasoning mix. Strain.
  3. Arrange chicken meat, shrimp meat, gingkos and mushrooms evenly in four Japanese teacups. Pour in egg mixture and cover with cling film.
  4. Steam over medium heat for 15 - 20 minutes.
