Stuffed Chicken Wings with Mushrooms

Chicken wings [middle joint] 4 pcs [deboned]
Ji Tui mushroom(s) 25 g [cut into thick strips]
Green onion(s) 1 pc [sectioned]
Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Honey 1/2 tbsp
Cooking wine a little

  1. Marinate chicken wings for 1 hour.
  2. Stir-fry Ji Tui mushrooms for a short while.  Add Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and stir-fry until done.   Let cool.   Stuff chicken wings with mushrooms and green onion.
  3. Heat oil. Pan-fry chicken wings until golden yellow. Pour in cooking wine. Turn low heat and cook until done.  Put on a serving plate.
  4. For serving, either mix or dip chicken wings with honey.
