Soak the vermicelli noodles in water for 30 minutes. Shuck the oysters, clean the abalones and octopuses, and set aside.
Heat 150ml oil in a pan over medium heat. Add red pepper, green pepper, chopped green onions and minced garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant, then add the remaining seasonings, mix well, and set aside as the soy sauce mixture.
In each foil cup, layer chopped onions, vermicelli noodles, and a selection of seafood. Drizzle with 2 teaspoons of water and 1½ tablespoons of soy sauce mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C, place the foil seafood cups in the air fryer, and air fry for 12 minutes. If the abalone is too large, air fry for an additional 3 minutes.
Tip: Gently rub the oysters with cornstarch to easily and effectively remove surface impurities.
