How to make it

  1. Rub the chicken breast evenly with a pinch of salt and place it into a vacuum bag. Slow cook in 60°C water for 30 minutes, then remove and soak in cold water to set aside.

  2. Slice the chicken breast, lay it on top of the salad greens, drizzle with the soy sauce, and serve.
