How to make it

  1. Steam the whole lobster and let it cool down. Peel it and take out the meat.

  2. Mix 160g of the egg white with the seasonings for steaming egg white, and steam.

  3. Cook the sauce mix and bring it to a boil. Add the remaining egg white and blend well. Place the lobster meat onto the steamed egg white. Pour the sauce mix onto it. Sprinkle the goji berries and gold leaf flakes to serve.
