How to make it

  1. In a heated pan, add butter and apples. Cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in brown sugar, Plum Sauce, salt and rum. Bring mixture into a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes and cool in refrigerator.
  3. Combine all crêpe ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well until batter is smooth (crêpe mixture). Refrigerate for 1 hour before use.
  4. In a heated non-stick pan, drizzle a few drops of oil. Pour 1 ounce of crêpe mixture into the pan. Swirl crêpe mixture in pan to create round thin shape. Cook mixture for 30 seconds (no need to flip over). 
  5. Spoon apple into the crêpe and fold twice to wrap. Serve with cut up season fruits and Plum Sauce as desired.
