How to make it

  1. Soak noodles in cold water after half cooked. Drain well and set aside. 
  2. Mix all the sauces mix well and set aside. 
  3. Heat oil in a wok and saute garlic until fragrant. Add carrots and chinese cabbage and stir fry for a while, then add in noodles and spring onion. 
  4. Add in pre-mix sauce mix and stir evenly. Serve hot.
