How to make it

  1. Blanch sweet beans and set aside. Pan fry chicken meat for 10 minutes or until half cooked. 
  2. Stir in sauce ingredients and cook with chicken meat for 5 minutes. Add in chicken stock and bring to boil.
  3. Saute sweet beans, red chilies and onions. 
  4. Add corn starch to thicken sauce. Dish up and serve.
