Chilli Bean Chicken
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- 400g Chicken Meat
- 50g Tomato (Diced)
- 50g Green Pepper (Diced)
- 50g Onion (Diced)
- 5g Garlic (Sliced)
- 5g Shallots (Sliced)
Marinade
- 1/2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Brand Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Oil
Sauce Mix
- 1 1/2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Bean Sauce (Toban Djan)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 6-8 tbsp Water

How to make it

Cut chicken into pieces and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Heat up oil in a wok and cook the marinated chicken until 70% cooked.

Drain the oil and leave a little to fry garlic, onion, shallots, green pepper and tomato until fragrant. Add in chicken and sauce mix.

Mix evenly until the chicken is cooked. Serve.
