李錦記青年廚師中餐國際大賽-地區選拔賽
Date: 20th March 2020
Venue: Oriental Culinary Academy
Qualification:
- Contestants must be must be Malaysian citizen and must be under the age of 39 (born on 1st January, 1981 or later) as of 1st March 2020.
- Contestants must have minimum 2 years working experience and must be currently employed as of time of contest application.
- Contestants must possess skills and knowledge of Chinese cuisine.
Winner will be representing Malaysia to participate in Lee Kum Kee International Yuong Chef Chinese Culinary Challenge 2020 in Hong Kong.
