李錦記青年廚師中餐國際大賽-地區選拔賽

Date:  20th March 2020

Venue:  Oriental Culinary Academy

Qualification: 

1. Contestants must be must be Malaysian citizen and must be under the age of 39 (born on 1st January, 1981 or later) as of 1st March 2020.
   
   
2. Contestants must have minimum 2 years working experience and must be currently employed as of time of contest application.
   
   
3. Contestants must possess skills and knowledge of Chinese cuisine.

 

Winner will be representing Malaysia to participate in Lee Kum Kee International Yuong Chef Chinese Culinary Challenge 2020 in Hong Kong.
