Pan-Fried Oysters in XO Sauce
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- 200g/7 oz. (around 8–12 pcs.) frozen semi-dried oysters
- 2 tsp. minced ginger
- 75g/2.5 oz. red bell pepper (cut into pieces)
- 75g/2.5 oz. green bell pepper (cut into pieces)
- 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce
Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Brand Oyster Sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Shaoxing wine

How to make it

Rinse and pat-dry oysters. Pan-fry oysters in 2 Tbsp. oil until both sides turn golden. Set aside.

Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in wok and sauté ginger and bell peppers. Add Seasoning Mix and toss well with oysters. Last, stir in XO Sauce and serve hot.
