Pan Seared Swordfish with a Oriental BBQ Fruit Salsa
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- 200g Swordfish
- 100g Pea Shoots
- 50g Papaya [Diced]
- 20g Pineapple [Diced]
- 30g Mango [Diced]
- 20g Red Bell Pepper (Capsicum or Paprika)
- 10g Chives
- 5ml Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
Marinade
- 10ml Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce
- To taste Pepper
Seasoning
- To taste Salt and Pepper
Sauce Mix
- 15ml Lee Kum Kee Oriental BBQ Sauce

How to make it

Marinate swordfish for 3 minutes. Pan sear in a hot non-stick pan for 3 minutes per side, and let rest for 2 minutes

Stir fry pea shoots for 2 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil.

Mix all ingredients for salsa (Papaya, Pineapple, Mango, Red Bell Pepper, Chives, Lee Kum Kee Oriental BBQ Sauce, salt and pepper).

To plate, make a bed of pea shoots in center of plate then top with swordfish, nap with salsa for color. Garnish with chives, served.
