How to make it

  1. Coat prawns with corn flour and deep-fry in oil until golden brown and cooked. Dish and drain
  2. Leave 1 tbsp oil in wok, sauté red chilli, ginger and spring onion until fragrant. Add in seasoning and bring to boil until the sauce has thickened
  3. Add in prawns and mix well. Dish up and serve
