Prawn Fritters in Plum Sauce

- 500g Prawns [shelled, keep tail]
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 5 cups Oil [for deep-frying]
- 1 Red Chilli
- 0.5 tbsp Shredded Ginger
- 1 tbsp Shredded Spring Onion
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 0.5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce
- 100ml Water

How to make it

Coat prawns with corn flour and deep-fry in oil until golden brown and cooked. Dish and drain

Leave 1 tbsp oil in wok, sauté red chilli, ginger and spring onion until fragrant. Add in seasoning and bring to boil until the sauce has thickened
