  • 2 Drumsticks (cut into pieces)
  • 2 Black Fungus (soaked & shredded)
  • 1 knob Ginger (sliced)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • Spring Onion (chopped)
  • Water

  • 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 cap Shaoxing Wine (Chinese cooking wine)

How to make it

  1. Heat Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil in a wok, saute ginger slices with medium meat until golden brown. 
  2. Add the chicken and stir fry for about 1 minute. Add Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce and continue to stir fry for 2 minutes. 
  3. Add in water and Shaoxing wine, do a few quick stirs. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
