2 sirloin steaks, about 400g
30g butter
60g onion, chopped
60g button mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Baked potatoes and cooked vegetables as side dishes
Marinade
2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Brand Oyster Sauce
Black pepper as desired
Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Brand Oyster Sauce
2 tsp. sugar
10 Tbsp. red wine

How to make it
Marinate steaks.
Heat cooking oil, then pan-fry steaks for 2–3 minutes on each side. Add butter and mix well. Arrange steaks on plate and cover to keep warm.
In same skillet with remaining oil, saute onion and mushrooms. Add flour and stir well. Slowly pour in Seasoning Mix and cook until sauce thickens.
Pour thickened red-wine sauce over steaks and serve with potatoes and vegetables.
